Terms and Conditions for Logo Design Services at FaceAdMedia

  • Modifications will be provided until 30 days of package submissions. Please send the modification requirements through the option of revision request. If you do not provide the modifications through the revision request option, at the end of 30 days, we cannot provide modifications for your project under the same order any further.
  • Please note that we are unavailable for work on Sundays and some Saturdays. We therefore, would not be able to commit to providing any order deliveries or modifications on Sundays. We will however, always pre-inform if we are unavailable any particular Saturdays. As a rule though, we request you to please order your modifications for working business days.
  • Every modification is unique and requires different timeframes to be completed. We request you to please have patience during the modifications process. We will complete the modifications within 24 hours of your ordering (except on weekends, please see the point above for more details). In some cases, modifications that are ordered within working hours of the business day are incorporated within the same day to complete delivery within a few hours. However, overall we will only guarantee delivery of modifications at 24-hour timelines.
  • We request you to kindly have faith on our work process and allow us the requisite time to handle modifications with complete accuracy. We would not exceed the 24-hour timeline as mentioned above; however, it is unreasonable to expect that every modification will be completed within a few hours. However, we will always try our best to be as fast as possible with your submissions as always.
  • We sincerely request you to be as elaborate as possible with your initial details. The initial details will be the foundation for our research and drafting. Anny changes in the initial details at any stage will be considered new information, which would not be considered under the same order. We therefore request you to please be accurate and effusive with the initial details of the project to make sure there are no errors in communication regarding the project.
  • Any changes in Brand Names or Taglines after the delivery of the first drafts would be considered as new information. In this case, whether the changes will be newly chargeable will depend on our discretion on the amount of adjustments that are required to be made to the design to accommodate the change.
  • Please know that a note is not considered one revision. We request you to please provide your modifications as a numbered list within the note. Putting in multiple revision points in the same note will still be counted as different modifications and it would work towards exhausting your given number of modifications for your package. Please note that if you provide the modifications as a numbered list, it would maintain the maximum transparency for further communications with regards the package.
  • Once the number of revisions allowed within a design package is exhausted, the modifications will be charged at $5 per revision.
  • Please note that all our designers are trained to use Adobe Illustrator as the core design foundation. As such, the vector files for the projects are usually provided in .ai format. Should you require your project source files in .psd or .cdr, you will need to mention this in the initial project details. We cannot start a project in one software and finish in another. As such, the distinction of software format has to be mentioned in the initial project request for it to be considered as part of the package and to avoid all confusions.
  • Please note that we provide the source files and package bundle formats in specific print friendly versions. However, if your printer has a different model machine or different software for rendering the designs, it might not be compatible with the format of the source files we initially provide. In such a scenario, we cannot recreate the designs in a different format under the same package order. As such, we request you to make sure to mention the print machine compatible features exclusively in the initial project details. We will try our best to align the design to the compatible format right from the initiation of the project.
  • Please note we do not provide any modifications on the social media kits or stationery kits once we have completed the work and sent in the vector file of the kit bundle.
  • Please note that the modifications have to be requested before the logo design bundle has been dispatched to you with full vector files and kits according to the individual bundles. This signifies that you have approved of all of the elements of the design and we send in the bundle as a mark of completing of the order request. Any modifications requested after the bundle has been dispatched and received, will be considered as a new order request and a custom quote request for the modification will be sent in to you to reopen revisions.
  • We cater to an international client pool. As such, we abide by global copyright laws. We do not provide any copyrights or intellectual rights documents for particular countries. However, the act of submitting the design project against the official order and on approval, marking the order as complete is considered as complete transfer of all intellectual rights on the project for our team. We will however, be open to signing over any legal copyrights document if it is standard to your work process. In such cases, the document will have to be sent to us by our esteemed clients according to their particular regional jurisdiction or intellectual property rights laws.
  • The logo first drafts will always be sent with a WATERMRK of “SAMPLE” written in faint letters across the design. This system will only be adapted during the initial selection process. As soon as the final logo design has been created and the full bundle has been drafted based on your final choice, we will dispatch completely original, watermark free formats for your final logo dispatch bundle.
  • We also have some more packages depends on the niche of your project like HQ Standard package, HQ premium/Diamond package etc. We’ll send you all of the information to your INBOX before order the same packages.

  • We are a team of 8 designers and writers. We are US born natives now settled in Ireland. All projects and communications are handled entirely by us. We usually each of us handle one project at a time from start to finish so there are no communication or coordination errors during the project execution and completion.
  • We do not provide references or citations for any projects without specific request from our esteemed clients. If you need references for your projects, please mention it either during consultations or clearly in the order description. Requests for references or citations after the project has already been submitted might be dependent on the availability of the research on our systems. Our browser caches are scrubbed clean every 7 days, so any references beyond a 7-day period after the project has been submitted might not be available with us.
  • Modifications will be provided until 10 days of package submissions. Please send the modification requirements through the option of revision request. If you do not provide the modifications through the revision request option, at the end of 10 days, we cannot provide modifications for your project under the same order any further.

  • In general, modifications on articles are non-chargeable, in case we have misunderstood any information that was mentioned in the original brief, forgot to include any information that was mentioned in the original brief or sent pre-edit drafts without proper checks on formats (mentioned in original brief) and grammar. We will provide complete revisions in these cases, until you are full satisfied with the final product aligning perfectly with your project vision.
